Who we are
This site is operated by FutureReady Advisors. The Guide is authored by Scott Stolze and published with FutureReady Advisors. You can reach us at hello@futurereadyus.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to add, such as company, role, team size, or a question for Scott.
- Attribution information. If you arrive from a campaign link, we record the source, medium, campaign, and content values in that link, plus the page you landed on and the referring site.
- Usage information. Page views, clicks on calls to action, form starts, downloads, and scroll depth, collected through Google Analytics 4 when you accept analytics cookies.
- Technical information. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP address and user agent, retained for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
- To send you the Guide and the emails you asked for.
- To register you for a session and send the join link, reminders, and the replay.
- To reply to a Discovery Call request or a speaking inquiry.
- To understand which pages and messages help people, so we can improve them.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to remember your cookie choice, keep campaign attribution for up to 90 days, and, if you accept, measure usage with Google Analytics 4. If you choose essential only, the analytics script is not loaded at all.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site: our hosting provider, our email sending platform, our scheduling tool, and our customer relationship management system. Each is used for the purposes above and none may use your data for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept while you remain subscribed or while we have a legitimate business reason to keep them, and removed on request. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
- You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing hello@futurereadyus.com.
- You can decline analytics cookies and still use every part of this site.
- If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the rights described in the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in systems with access limited to the people who need it.
Children
This site is intended for people in a professional context and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell subscribers by email.
